As Estate Agents, Crown Properties' operations cover the whole spectrum from new and resale villas, town houses and apartments to plots, businesses, commercial premises and development projects. Whilst a large selection of property is advertised on this web site and in our window displays, this is just a proportion of that registered with us and we recommend that you contact us with details of your search to ensure that opportunities are not missed. We work with several other established and reputable agents in Javea to provide our clients with as wide a choice as possible, thereby reducing their need to approach multiple agents.

As Project Managers for refurbishments and construction, Crown Construcciones works with clients to ensure that they get what they want and what they pay for, from initial plans, through obtaining licences, construction, inspections, choice of materials, fixtures and fitting to final completion, 'snagging' and sign-off by both the client and the local authority. Crown is more than happy to provide examples of work completed and references.

All our staff speak English and Spanish as their first and second languages and we have translators available by appointment for several other European languages. You can find our offices in the El Arenal area of Javea, on the corner of Avenida de la Fontana and Avenida de Paris between the beach and the main road.

Legal Fees

Real Estate Agents fees are paid by the vendor only.

Purchasers pay the property purchase tax, Notary fees and Property Register fees, totalling approximately 9% of the registered amount appearing on the Deed. All searches and Property register certificates are legally the responsibility of Registered Real Estate Agents.

Purchase contracts are raised in Spanish to the standards set by statute and translated to English as required.

Mortgage and Finance Facilities

Finance for purchase and/or construction is available to both Residents and Non Residents subject to status and the provision of documentary proof of income. Crown can provide introductions to a selection of banks and mortgage brokers and assist with applications and valuations.
